I had a rare summer weekend wide open. so I corralled a few friends and headed east to leavenworth to chase the sun and find some crack. night climbing is a rush.

INTO THE UINTA

this climb was intended to be a summit of timpanogos (above) but i lost the trail sometime after midnight. it turned into a solo route finding expedition. slept on a ridge line at about 10,500 ft elevation. woke up with 10 mountain goats surrounding me. all in all a great adventure!
