erin and chris are one of the most genuine couples i have ever met. i had the pleasure of shooting their engagement photos a few weeks back. we spent the afternoon in downtown seattle, ballard and then relaxed at discovery park. as you can see we had a blast, i am beyond excited to photograph their wedding this summer! thank you both for allowing me to work with you.

browsing through old photos and realized i never shared these. so here are some 35mm film shots from a portrait session i did last year with GABI.
occasionally people ask why i shoot film. the answer is probably two-fold: first, it’s a nice feeling to expose a frame and let the anticipation build until it’s developed, second, i suppose it’s a way to prove to myself that my exposure is spot on without peeking at an lcd screen. in other words it keeps me honest ;)
